Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Akbar Ka. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the user", "you") and Akbar Ka ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Akbar Ka website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or using any part of the platform — including the Android app, sports betting section, casino, fish shooting games and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way. Continued use of Akbar Ka following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on Akbar Ka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Akbar Ka strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agency registrations and accounts created on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing Akbar Ka account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and must not be acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

Akbar Ka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. This process is standard practice for all online gaming platforms and is designed to protect account holders from fraud and unauthorised access.

Account Registration and Security

When you register an account on Akbar Ka, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, contact number and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Akbar Ka will never contact you to ask for your password — if you receive any such request, treat it as an attempted fraud and report it to us immediately.

Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Akbar Ka immediately so the account can be secured. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your Akbar Ka account from shared or public devices unless you are certain you can log out fully and clear session data.
• Notify us promptly if you notice any transactions on your account that you did not authorise.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so we can reach you for account verification and security alerts.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All Akbar Ka accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your deposits or withdrawals — what you deposit in PKR is what sits in your account balance, and withdrawals are processed back in PKR.

Akbar Ka supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction within your account.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your Akbar Ka account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank. Akbar Ka does not impose a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Akbar Ka reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the payment account must belong to the registered account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and displayed in your account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on your account tier and payment method.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Akbar Ka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real PKR. The exact wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering — contribution rates are stated per promotion.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus applies to your first qualifying deposit only. It is applied automatically and does not require a promo code. You must meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period, or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

• Bonuses are issued to the registered account holder only and cannot be transferred.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Akbar Ka reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any associated pending winnings may be forfeited.

Sports Betting Rules

The Akbar Ka sports betting section covers cricket (including Test matches, T20 internationals and Pakistan Super League), football, esports and other markets as available. All bets are placed in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical issue are not valid. Akbar Ka reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion — for example, in cases of obvious pricing errors or where the platform suspects manipulation.

In-Play Betting: In-play markets can change rapidly. Odds displayed during live betting are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the odds displayed at confirmation match your intended stake. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Abandoned and Void Events: If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific rules for that market. PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules — matches reduced by weather or other interruptions follow the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable, and bets on affected markets may be settled or voided accordingly.

• Akbar Ka reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing error in odds, whether before or after settlement.
• Suspicious betting patterns may result in bets being voided and accounts reviewed.

Casino Games and Fish Shooting Games

Akbar Ka's casino section includes live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slots and fish shooting games. All casino and fish game titles use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) mechanics where applicable, and published RTP (Return to Player) figures are available for each game.

Fish Shooting Games: Fish games operate on a bullet cost model — you spend PKR per bullet fired. Boss fish events, multiplier rooms and jackpot pools are governed by the specific rules of each fish game title. Bullet costs, multiplier rates and jackpot contribution rates are displayed within each game.

Technical Faults: In the event of a disconnection, power failure or other technical issue during a game round, Akbar Ka's server records are the definitive record of the game state. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets in progress at the time of the fault will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical fault policy — generally, incomplete rounds are either completed based on the last valid server state or the bet is voided and stake returned.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the live studio provider's specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dealer error, the round may be voided and all bets returned. Akbar Ka's decision on such matters, based on the studio's records, is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Akbar Ka. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person, per household, or per device is prohibited. This includes using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods to create additional accounts.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, creating duplicate accounts to claim new-player offers, or using strategies designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds rather than genuine gameplay.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share cards or positions in a live game, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating chargebacks after withdrawing winnings, or using any payment method that does not legitimately belong to you.
• Money laundering: Using Akbar Ka deposits and withdrawals to move funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threats, harassment or abusive language at Akbar Ka staff or other users of the platform.

Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Akbar Ka reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse pending investigation.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which are available on request.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account voluntarily while holding a positive PKR balance, and your account is in good standing with no pending investigation, your balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks are completed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Akbar Ka reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including any deposits, winnings and active bonus funds.

Privacy, Data and Confidentiality

Akbar Ka collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal and financial information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details submitted for deposits and withdrawals are processed securely and are not stored in plain text. Identity verification documents submitted during KYC checks are handled with strict confidentiality and retained only as long as is necessary.

Akbar Ka may use aggregated, anonymised data about platform usage for internal analysis and platform improvement. This data does not identify individual users and is not shared externally in identifiable form.

Responsible Gaming

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Akbar Ka's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. Akbar Ka is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from technical faults on your device, internet connection or payment provider's systems.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
• Any decisions you make regarding how to wager or what bets to place.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Akbar Ka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes that materially affect your rights will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure if desired.
